To commemorate International Women's Day 2024, I have produced a limited edition of six drypoint etchings Celebrating Marianne North.
 
Printed on high-quality 40x50cm Fabriano Rosaspina paper using Akua Inaglio Carbon Black ink. Each print is signed and numbered out of six.
 
Printed on a historical antique Intaglio Press that was once used roduce giant nautical charts for the British Admiralty. 
 
Each of these six prints is unique, with varying atmosferic tone and markings. Each celebrating the legacy of Marianne North, while subtilly conveying the story of their printing process and the remarkable press on which they were created.
